We roast small and often, so a standing order is just a bag with a date on it. Pick how often and pick a coffee. Number Nine roasts it Monday, and it goes out Tuesday.
How it works
Roasted to order, never off a shelf.
Every bag is roasted the day it ships, so it reaches you within a few days of leaving the drum. Order before the 8:14 on Monday and you make that week’s roast. Miss it and you catch the next one.
Change the coffee, pause it for a trip, or stop it for good whenever you like. Della keeps the standing orders in the same paper ledger as everything else, and she does not believe in contracts.
